Your Legal Rights
Under UK law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you purchased are:
- Faulty: The item is damaged, defective, or not fit for purpose.
- Not as Described: The item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
These rights apply to both online and in-store purchases
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This includes:
A 14-day cancellation period starting from the day after you receive your order.
Full refunds for returned items, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags or original packaging intact.
There are some products that are exempt from returns;
- Made to order or personalised products
- Jewellery, make up or other intimate items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
The item must be returned within 28 days of purchase or receipt.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team at admin@sequinshowstoppers.co.uk to request a return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds for online orders will include the original standard delivery cost, where applicable. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the product is returned due to a fault of ours, we will arrange for a free return or collection and offer a full refund or replacement.
